• Identify sales opportunities through evaluation of market and channel performance
• Develop effective in-store promotional activity schemes and monitor sales executions
• Aligning with global direction of branding, develop vision and strategy for the brand.
• Define and implement affiliate retail plan and calendar that supports the execution of brand, product, and consumer marketing strategies specified in the brand plan.
• Manage relationships with stores and other creative
• Focal points of communication inside the company – with other department and all regions
• Executes retail floor store design which accurately reflects the intended look and feel of the season’s release thereby generating sell-through of products
• Provides sales support through POS mock-up available to retailers to facilitate integrated sell-in to dealers based on brand team concept.
• Manages retail marketing budget based on Returnd on Investement.
• Manage P&L by closely working with Sales & Finance teams.
Plus 4 years of retail marketing expert in Consumer or FMCG industry only.
Solid Business or Sales analyst background with moderate trade marketing experiencess
Outstanding communication skills both Korean and English
