-
-Generally managing Destination, Travel and Meeeting & Event related service as a team with an staff
-Expat Immigration & Relocation support
-General necessary supports for VISA and immigration related things
-Cost estimation and entitlements related support based on company policy and guideline for expats
by cooperation with RMS
-Necessary documents supports on a local basis.
-Corp Housing Accommodation for expats and visitors
-Assist with hotel or serviced apartment arrangement
-Liaise with real estate agent on accommodation requirements
-Manage destination service vendors and work arrangement with vendor control
-Provide available options to expats and project team including entitlement guideline
-Supervise and work as a team with one or some staff to cover Destination service, Travel and Meeting & Event parts
-Build and maintain relationships with external service vendors, hotels & serviced apartments
Work Experience : Minimum 5 years experience in an expat relocation and housing support areas
Work Requirements: Requires thorough knowledge of policies, procedure and structures of responsible areas
-Previous work experience for expat relocation and home finding.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Strong negotiation skill and work attitude under business environment understanding and management’s requirements
- Fluent in English (Must)
