Job Description
•Responsible for overall delivery lead of application/ infrastructure outsourcing (AO/IO)
•SLA-based service management
•Responsible for operating in multi-location (onshore and nearshore)
•Regular reporting to the client and internal leadership
•Manage contract / resource/ scope and change request
•Manage the client relationship
•Security management
**아웃소싱(AO/IO) 프로젝트 Delivery Lead (경력 15년 이상)
•15+ years of IT industry SI/ Outsourcing experience
•Fluent in English - Must
•Experience in managing outsourcing services
•Experience in Telco or media(portal) industry
•Application / infrastructure outsourcing delivery based on SLA
•Operating model and service management
•Client facing / relationship management
•Negotiation skill
