- Provide engineering oversight to the regional underwriting office for high limit property accounts, as well as completion of Account Summary Reports for prospective new business and renewal accounts.
- Support underwriters with high limit submissions by establishing account MFL's to determine underwriting capacity, risk ratings to determine quality of risk and evaluate mandatory recommendation compliance, loss control service needs and costs.
- Provide engineering services that enhance underwriting performance by helping reduce overall account loss potential, improve account risk quality through risk assessments and risk improvement consultations, and in the acquisition of good quality new business.
- Manage the property engineering Client Service Process (CSP) including service plan development, service coordination, report reviews, recommendation handling, stewardship of the account, etc. The CSP best practice is critical to Lexington Property renewal strategies for Lexington high limit and key accounts.
- Assign work to service provider partners, review completed reports, provide technical loss control assistance to engineers, service providers & clients, perform marketing functions for new & renewal business, and perform additional job functions as outlined in the Property Division Quality Management System. |

- Knowledge of "all risk " property loss control with experience in performing property field surveys on a variety of industrial occupancies and in conducting risk management consultations; High Protected Risk (HPR) experience as well as Account Engineering experience are both highly desirable.
- Good computer, interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical abilities are a must in this position. The individual must be able to make decisions with and without established guidelines, provide technical support to underwriters & clients and work with little to no supervision.
- Some out of region overnight travel is required (15% to 25%).
