In charge of whole marketing functions covering the areas of branding, communications, public relations, promotions, CRM, consumer & retail events, e Commerce, Visusal merchandising, agency management and budgeting.
Responsible for liaising with the International marketing team, providing assistance whenever required for global marketing strategy development and regional approvals and to align local brand activities with in line with global brand strategy and corporate guidelines.
Build & streamline the brand strategy integrating each category for long term brand growth
Analyze market situation, challenge and competitors’ strategies and performances for business opportunity and risk management.
Vitalize marketing activities to launch new product working at respective distribution channel, pricing and strategic alliances.
Responsible for preparing periodical country review or business review materials and set up 3 year plans for local application while constantly monitoring and analyzing results of key initiatives
Take a leadership in coaching & developing thru organizational consultation and individual coaching.
Proven successful record track of Go - To - Market Strategy in global consumer or FMCG company.
Strategic business insight and capability to act as a business partner with Sales.
Marketing expert with moderate sales experiences will be advantageous
Highly developed leadership capabilities and involving approach to getting things done.
Proven track record for people management and development.
