Responsible for P&L analysis and reporting for margin improvement
Analysis and report business case of new product development and/or new process set-up
Deliver financial support and advice as a business partner and gate keeper
Mid & Long temr final projection :3~5 year revenue forecast, headcount and hiring plan, spending projection, margin calculation and etc.
Host monthly conference call to report and share P&L, key new product revenue, R&D status, quality issue, inventory, staff spending.
Budgeting department expense, spending control and reporting
Ensure high level of balance sheet integrity and try to keep no material surprises
Take audit – Internal control, SOX, Financial Statement, NTS and KCS
+ 15 years of experience above
Experiences in Manufacturing industry preferred
Leadership
Fluent in English
