    - Organizational Development: Identify the critical process and cultural issues, and develop change management plan and execute it in cooperation with functional managers
    - Performance Management: Executed year-end performance review & 2014 Goal setting process.
    - Talent Management: Identify the company wide development needs and deliver the most appropriate and effective solution including training, coaching, and process design.
    Identify the high potential employees and develop the retention plan
    - Recruitment & Selection: Recruitment & selection. Encourage and mentor hiring manager to be able to select the right person.
    Manage all proper documents signed such as NDA, FCPA questionnaire, and offer letter.
    - Reward & Recognition: Develop the company wide rewards program, promotional job ladder to ensure the career development
    - HR measurement: Developing a reasonable HR metrics to monitor the HR practice
    - Compensation & Benefit: Design the most motivating compensation structure (salary, incentive or bonus structure) and benefit plan in cooperation
    + 10 years of experience above
    Strategic HR insight to communicate and mentor other departments
    Fluent in English
