    Job Description:

    1. Compensation
     Execute and manage monthly payroll with payroll service provider, I.O.I., to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees every month prior 25th.
     Estimate and forecast personnel cost
     Make monthly reconciliation report on personnel cost to clarify the difference every month.
     Complete the final compensation and severance payment for Resignees.
     Compute and analyze severance pay reserve every month.
     Participate in salary and benefit survey to provide employees with competitive salary and benefit program.
     Complete monthly and annual personal income tax declaration for employees and report to Tax Office.
     Manage and deduct monthly disbursement of payroll, including garnishments, VGA, housing loan, 4 social insurances, union membership dues and taxes in accordance with regulations and policies.
     Report and manage employment and industrial accident insurances to Korea Worker’s Compensation and Welfare Service yearly.
     Provide Finance & Accounting Department with HR related data to facilitate statistical reports to authorities.
     Monitor labour and income tax legislation and recommend ways to maintain compliance of the compensation and benefit policy and procedures.

    2. Benefits
     Conduct all employees’ benefit cost budgeting, reconciliation and reporting.
     Provide support for employee on benefits granted by the company ;
    - Condominium: Manage corporate resort facilities from receiving application to reimbursement of accommodation and transportation expenses. It also covers improvement of current process by providing new strategies and plans for current condominium usage guideline.
    - Housing Loan: Process all necessary action for loan handling from receiving new loan application to update.
    - Medical check up: Conduct medical check up annually every year.
    - Hobby club management: Audit reimbursement requests from each hobby clubs quarterly based on the hobby club policy.
    - Life & Accident Insurance: Manage and renew accident and life insurances for current employees as well as new hired employees and Resignees.
    - Children Education Subsidy: Support employees with reimbursement based on CBA and ROE.
    - Gifts for New Year’s and Thanksgiving Day: Select and provide gifts to employees.
     Provides services and communicate information to employees including new hires about benefit programs, procedures, changes and resolve problems related to payment of benefits.
     Review and update company policy related company benefit programs.
     Maintain and validate employee benefits data by inputting in excel files manually.
     Negotiate and contracts with benefit vendors for services ; medical check up, condominium and renewal of life insurance to determine programs best meeting needs of organization.
     Annual Leave: Manage individual’s annual leave, congratulation & condolence leave, sick leave, maternity and child care leaves on a daily basis. Implement promoting and planning the use of unused annual leave every year.

    3. HR Reports & Projects
     Prepare document and data related to salary or personnel information upon request
     Assist with HRIM(Human Resources Infrastructure Modernization) project preparing data and documents
    Job Requirements:
     Bachelor degree or above (preferred from Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent)
     3-4 years strong work experiences in C&B or general HR area
     Strong analytical and numeric skills
     Strong HR, tax and Korean labour law knowledge
     Good time management and organizational skills
     Able to handle confidential information appropriately
     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
     Good commend of written and verbal English
     Advanced Microsoft office skills
