Responsible for company’s Strategy and Planning, Key Stakeholder Relations, Industry Consolidation and sustainable company growth.
Responsible for full organization management in marketing, distribution and market development
Lead corporate marketing programs and work as Asia Pacific marketing coordinator
Initiate company long term growth plan from consolidated financial perspective
Revitalize sales and marketing with restructuring plan
Improve employee capability thru consistent coaching and motivation
+ 18 years of experiences with outstanding proven track of managing post in global companies.
Proven executive senior-level management experience, preferably with FMCG, consumer sector experience, (Not necessarily.)
Minimum of 10 years in commercial managerial roles with direct budget and profit responsibility
Customer driven global organization
Experience in an international matrix organization
Experience in interacting at the very senior/Board levels of large organizations
Strong financial and commercial acumen
