|To ensure effective and efficient implement of company visibility and promotion activities
The incumbent will be responsible for the activities related to In-store activation such as: Managing promoters ensuring proper training on brand strategy and tight activity tracking with a clear activation monitoring at Channel & Store level. Merchandisers’ activity coordination and monitoring to improve the performance.
Providing comprehensive activation’s performance analysis.
Define the channel strategy and planning trade marketing initiatives based on the sales & marketing strategy
Develop structured activation formats cooperating with Marketing and Channel Development team aiming at reinforcing overall customer experience at store level for all brands/channels
Responsible for comprehensive analytical activation performance analysis aimed at identifying key strengths and improvement area to focus on.
Define and implements tool to support strategic development of the retail mix : space, promotion, POS material, planogram (Shelf, off shelf, check out, display)
Promoters & Merchandisers Management
Responsibility for ensuring effective usage of promoters via strong education and activity mapping by promoter/store.
Develops a promoter scorecard to ensure the service is up to required standard
Tracks daily activities via physical store checks and other tools to ensure flawless execution during key seasons.
Manages the Merchandisers activity in full alignment with channel development team (channels/stores/etc)
Ensure daily tracking of Merchandising activity and provides related tracking to the Business Insights manager and Channel development Manager
Supporting the head of Trade markeint to defines full year budget for POSM activities and manages purchasing within the assigned budget and in full compliance with company
Trade marketing activity
Support to Head of trade activation to analyze and improve the trade marketing spending efficiency and control spending within budget in compliance with company
Consolidate and analyze the promotion results of key campaign (Sell-in, Sell-out, Distribution, ROI, Promotion effectiveness, etc.) and share result with stakeholders
|• Previous experience working as a trade marketing manager ideally within a related category
• Strong analytical abilities & strong interpersonal skills
• Self-starter & proactive mindset and capability to organize activities in clear process and frameworks.
• Language: Fluent in English & Korean (Should be able to communicate in English fluently)
• Program Skill: High level of Skill in MS Excel and PowerPoint
