Establish the appropriate governance for all aspects of product development and assure proper documentation and sign-offs for each stage and activity.
Assure that all identified activities and tasks inherent in the product lifecycle are completed and the appropriate sign-offs are obtained.
Work with all stakeholders to identify and document rolling 1 and 2 year product development plans and provide continuous updates.
Within the RACIER model
Take the role of Project Manager for all product development activities and assure that each project adheres to project management protocols.
Provide regular updates of all product development activities.
Coordinate the activities of the product development committee and sub-committees and assure that regular meetings are held and fully documented.
Establish the appropriate governance for all aspects of product development and assure the UAT process.
University degree in a business discipline and / or professional accreditation.
5 years’ experience in the in marketing and product development in insurance and/or other financial products.
Good project management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible, resilient and creative; intellectually curious
Strong interpersonal communication, presentation & influencing skills
Self-starter, ability to discover problems and implement solutions. Strong analytical and reasoning skills in interpretation of numbers
