    This role will drive top and bottom line growth by leveraging digital marketing campaign practices to distribute a full range of products and services to meet expected KPI and profitability goals for the country.
     The Digital Marketing manager needs to be skilled in stakeholder management, developing and maintaining cross-functional relationships in a challenging environment. The candidate will be expected to work with internal stakeholders, media partners, Technology and Operations teams, affiliate marketing partners and vendors to manage and optimize target business outcomes of digital marketing campaigns from inception through to launch.

    Financial
     Develop and manage all digital marketing programs. Regularly share findings and identify campaign optimization opportunities to fulfill key business goals.
     Oversee media and marketing spends to ensure effective utilization of digital marketing budgets.
     Enforce standards related to meeting budget commitments, marketing efficiencies and related digital marketing benchmarks.
     Good knowledge of financial aspects of digital marketing campaign management, including budgeting, revenue generation, direct and indirect expenses in the digital domain.
     Work closely with internal business units to ensure digital strategy is aligned with all online and offline marketing strategies and are in compliance with prevailing governance standards.
    Digital Campaign Management
     Own the achievement of digital marketing business targets and agreed KPIs.
     Create, manage, and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns and be the digital marketing practice leader for Korea.
     Leverage digital marketing best practices and tools to attract, target, convert and retain customers through harnessing the collective deployment of Search, Proximity, Programmatic, Test & Targeting tactics.
     Ensure governance standards for campaign & marketing operations are well-managed.
     Manage and inspire external partners in the development of digital marketing initiatives.
     Work closely with peer functions such as Call Center, Sponsor and Partner Marketing, and Corporate Communications teams to incept and amplify digital marketing efforts to pursue business goals.
     Actively lead and participate in the marketing media planning, sales conversions and delivery management.
     Ensure the management of the end-to-end digital marketing operations discipline that leverages digital marketing, processes and technology practices to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing initiatives.
     Lead, execute and manage specified digital marketing tools and practices for Korea.
     Continuously apply digital customer insights to improve digital content and experience to optimize customer value.
     Define standardized customer-centric processes for the effective implementation of digital marketing campaigns for real-time bid/buy media – including SEM, display, email marketing, social media marketing and remarketing.
     Constantly pursue digital marketing opportunities through effective leverage of market research, customer feedback mechanisms, digital tools and digital analytics to heighten digital customer experience and financial goals.
    Digital development
     Develop and take ownership of the Korea Digital Marketing Strategy in concert with country financial and customer centricity goals.
     Apply comprehensive project management skills to manage digital marketing efforts.
     Collaborate with country and regional teams to enhance digital marketing tools and capabilities.
     Develop and execute strategies, business and marketing plans encompassing market segmentation, digital experience, product mix and positioning, media mix and analytics to achieve or exceed defined business goals.
     Actively participate in the development of digital capabilities to support the distribution of products and services.
     Develop digital retention programs, marketing campaigns and programs to enhance customer acquisition and repeat purchase.
    Measurement and action
     Closely track digital marketing performance and pursue digital optimization efforts through the deployment and management of campaign reporting and social listening dashboards.
     Prepare and manage regular management reports for digital production metrics, customer experience and analytics.
     Manage and reconcile digital marketing budgets in tandem with peer business functions.

    Digital marketing practitioner with a deep understanding and broad practical experience in online acquisition, cross-sell/up-sell, retention and servicing programs, inclusive of all elements necessary for their enablement; digital marketing, website design and development of independent technologies.
    Technical Skills & Expertise
     5-10 years work experience with extensive understanding of Digital Marketing practices.
     Experienced in the management of integrated marketing and cross-discipline marketing concepts from creation to implementation.
     Excellent Project Management skills and demonstrated ability to function as a digital leader within a cross-functional organization.
     Demonstrated ability to adapt digital marketing tactics in response to domain developments as they arise.
     Solid understanding of the digital marketing including web, mobile, content management, media and advertising.
     Strong interest in digital marketing, data analytics and data-driven business performance management.
     Highly developed analytical, communication and presentation skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical business groups across the organization.
     High degree of professional confidence and credibility with effective presence, strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate concepts and plans that resonates with internal target audience at all levels.
     Outstanding skills in business computing (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint) and digital analytics tools, particularly digital marketing, content management and tracking tools.
