Develop local marketing strategies reflecting company's global strategies and lead long/short term brand plans based on consumer and customer insights
Lead implementation of marketing plan to achieve target sales, profit and share. This includes; brand portfolio management, product packaging innovations, advertisement and media, In-store activation, agency management and pricing management.
Conduct in-depth business analysis of market(category), consumers and customers to derive data-driven indicated actions
Optimize marketing spending by conducting ROI analysis to lead profitable business growth
Plan long term brand strategy from defining core target & brand positioning to build-up communication plan
Develop annual brand plan including new product launch and re-launch, promotion (consumer/instore, on/off) plan and communication plan
Report and Communicate to head quarter about brand activities and market dynamics and competitors activities
Plan sales target of each channel and monthly update the data&forecasting
Over 10 years of product marketing and Marcom activity
