- Execute on all aspects of a deal including Due Dilligence, Deal Structuring, Contact Negotiations, Executive Management Updates, External Advisor Management, and etc.
- Lead Deals, internal consensus building, develop deal execution plan and feasible deal structures, negotiation strategy. lead due dilligence.
- Analyze risk analysis, research target companies, valuations, help create business plans, create Post Deal Integration strategy.
- Min. 3 years of experience in M&A, or Partnership Development, or Corporate Business Development.
- Strong financial anysis skills.
- MBA, CPA, CFA or law degree
