Delivers business results by achieving sales goals and executing sales plans and build relationship with key business partners in CVS channel, in line with company/sales strategie.
- Assess and understand CVS channel business and find opportunity for penetration
- Develop sales strategy and plan ensuring alignment
- Deliver sales targets by building sales fundamentals (Distribution/ Display/ Merchandising/ Promotion) within budget control
- Manage business forecast and progress
- Track and measure Sales Metrics to achieve KPI
- Build strong trading relationships all contact levels
- Manage Merchandiser operation

- Total 7~10 years’ experience required
Including 5 years in Sales function, 5 years in FMCG market, 3 years of Key Account Manager role
- CVS channel experience is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Intermediate-High in spoken and written English-language skills
- Driver’s license
