Key Responsibilities & Duties
managing development for Smart City project from initiation to closure;
having project managing experiences with the large size of project
possessing abroad project experiences with respect to building operation center based on ICT technology;
being responsible for planning, cost control, quality assurance, and mitigating risk;
being accountable for project results along with project stakeholders;
working collaboratively with development staff and supporting staff to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities and to ensure that all communications between customers and project members are precise;
establishing clear ownership for project tasks, ensuring that team members are working without risk, and providing timely feedback;
being responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements accordingly to realize each for the stakeholder;
having experience regarding building dashboards(Wall Board) that drive action and/or change behavior, in an Operations environment;
maintaining all implementation processes, managing implementation lifecycle; coordinating documentation when needed;
tracking and reporting on project milestones and providing status reports to manager;
Demonstrated leadership managing people.
Understand ICT / Ubiquitous industry trends.
Solid understanding of the competition.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions.
Able to manage frequent Biz trips.
Experience of various EMS Solutions
Experience of IOC Desining and Implementation, Operation
String technical background for development of dashboard
