Direct report to Country Compliance Officer
Core compliance policy management including implementation, advisory, training, etc.
Economic sanction/AML program management
Conduct compliance testing & monitoring in accordance with annual plan
Responsible for regional office reporting
Compliance-related project management
Compliance experience more than 7 years in financial institutions
Expertise in economic sanctions/AML and internal control process
Good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate compliance-related issues to Senior Management in Regional and Head Office
US lawyer or finance industry expert preferred
English proficiency in both speaking & writing
