Job Description
Diagonose and further develop HR strategy / operation to support Korea business growth and organization capability.
Provide Operation/Function with HR general service (hiring, evaluation, promotion, compensation, talent development, HR consulting).
Communicate with leaders and employees when new HR strategy, policy, process are established, and help them to be settled right in the organization.
Build strong relationships with Operation/Function leadership
Assist GM in determining appropriate organization structures and resourcing levels to meet the changing needs of the business
Work with management in assigned service areas and business units to source, select and hire qualified candidates.
Meet functional business leaders and executive management to discuss and establish staffing objectives and ensure they are achieved.
Analyse and set optimal and effective organization structure to ensure high performing team and career opportunities.
Plan and structur L&D program to develop employees’ competencies to pursue own role and career progress .
Ensure the routine to deploy performance management program.
Identify the best practices in Employee relation and introduce/develop optimal solutions for the company.
Oversee the management of C&B operation process and remuneration standard.
Job Requirements

12 ~ 15 years of broad HR experiences in multinational company. (적졍 연령 76 ~ 81년생)
Retail / FMCG / Manufacturing industry background will be advantageous.
Certified Labor Attorney holder will be advantageous. (Not mandatory), or excellent communication skills for employee relations.
