o Coordinator with sales/marketing, regional team to set up clear supply plan
o Manage continuous improvement projects related with planning & logistics
o Build an engaged planning & logistics team
NATURE AND SCOPE
Job Content:
SAFETY
o Create right conditions for associates to work safely in his/her team
o Ensure all the associates respect safety rules
o Apply and ensure the compliance of OSHAS18001
o Authority to stop any unsafe activity in the site
o Report any accident/incident or potential risk to EHS team and factory director
ENVIRONMENT
o Ensure all the associates respect the environment rules
o Apply and ensure the compliance of ISO14001 standards
o Authority to stop any activity that presents some risk to the environment
o Report any incident/accident or potential risk to the environment
o Identify & implement ways of reducing energy consumption.
QUALITY & FOODSAFETY
o Apply and ensure the compliance with QMP standards, ISO9001 and ISO22000, GMP/GHP and 5S.
o Train team to CCPs and oPRPs
PEOPLE & ORGANIZATION
o Elaborate personnel planning (holidays / organization)
o Evaluate and attribute bonus to the associates
o Evaluate and manage the training
o Execute program of personnel development and specific skills training in relation with RC P&O concepts as PDPs, multi-skills program
MANAGEMENT & RESPONSIBILITIES
o Manage any Logistic operations within budgeted costs, productivity objectives and Quality standards (Packaging Materials, Raw material reception, Storage / Warehouse of Finished Product and Packaging, Raw Materials, Dispatch, Freight / Transport) within and outside the plant premise
o Manage any Logistic maintenance functions, within budgeted costs
o Manage any planning functions within budgeted costs and targets (Just in time, pulled production…) including negotiating / changing client orders in relation with Commercial Department for the optimization of the plant activities
o Prepare, study, participate to decision, manage and validate technical works and revisions made internally or by external companies
o Manage designated investment projects (Budget, time table, external companies’ intervention…)
o Manage plant safety and health within Warehouse department
o Direct Warehouse workforce
o Elaborate personnel planning (holidays / organization)
o Attribute Bonus / Annual interview / Manage for continuous improvement
o Evaluate and manage the training needs of the Warehouse team
o Execute program of personnel development and specific skills training in relation with RC human resource concepts like poly-competences
o Plan the needs of investments (CAB) for the process department
o Manage the finish goods specification with central R&D
COMUNICATION & INFORMATION
o Share and provide any document or information to the other department
o Communicate any change on any relevant on the process department to the concerned manager
o Communicate and share the results of process department with the team
CLEANLINESS & TIDINESS
o Define and share with QFS the cleaning programs
o Perform Housekeeping Checks to ensure compliance to 5S |
Job Requirements |
Background Experience & Qualifications
o Bachelor degree or above
o Experience on planning & logistics
o English: read, written, spoken
o Fully functional Microsoft Office
o Good communication & negotiation skills, Cost conscious, Initiative, Etiquette skills, Self-motivated, Team player, Safety & Hygiene & Quality conscious, Technically inclined, Management skills |
