Managing Demand forecast
• Periodic rolling forecasting by Sales channel by SKU by Portfolio Range
• Analyzing overall business and market situation to build strategic planning to see visibility
• Monitoring market sales trends and seasonality or patterns and making meaningful forecast figure
• Sales forecast communication and creating demand forecast collaboration with Cross functions
• Monitoring of sales vs forecast and communicating with Sales and MKT to adjust and align with future demand
• Identify future opportunities and risks and converting into forecast figure
• Communication with HQ for Demand forecast (share specific issue or status)
• Managing forecast tool for demand forecast generation and Continuously develop the tool
• Managing Distributors Replenishment Planning based on their sell-in/sell-out and inventory data.
Prepare and lead S&OP DMR(Demand Management Review) and SMR(Supply Management Review)
• S&OP contents preparation
• Participating PMR(Portfolio Management Review Meeting) and coordinating New Product and Promotion and any kind of MKT activities and converting into meaningful forecast number with rationale
• Lead and Facilitating DMR and SMR with Cross function
• Define clear milestone to generate final demand forecast and make sure the one number between demand forecast and sales estimation
• Develop and optimize forecast management process
Managing Inventory planning
• Come up with Inventory projection based upon Mid–Long term demand forecast
• Make and monitor the purchase qty. aligned with inventory planning
• Close communication with Inbound and W/H for the inventory handling
• OOS(Out of Stock) Projection and Sales loss analysis from the Shortfall, Analysis Actual OOS analysis and through the root cause continuously develop improvement plan
• Safety Stock analysis, ABC classification
• Identify coming BBD stock based upon the forecast and communicate with stakeholder to make the plan
• Identify excess and obsolete stock and analysis product available shelf life
KPI Management
• Full understanding of SCM KPI and understand where to tackle to improve KPI result.
• Managing Sales Forecast Accuracy and BIAS (Root cause analysis / Long-term Improvement plan)
• Managing DFGO and Year End Inventory Projection
Job Requirements
• 4-year Degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent)
• More than 3~5 years of Supply Chain experience in FMCG field is preferred.
• More than 3 years experiences in the demand forecast management.
• Had experience to involve in or lead S&OP Process(Sales and Operation planning)
• Had experience to operate forecasting tools and understand statistical forecasting methodologies
• Had experience to handle various sales channels (Direct Distribution, Distributor, Online, Etc..)
• Had experience on allocation management for product level and customer level in tight supply during allocation
• Have Knowledge on Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning is preferred
• Have Knowledge on Business Intelligence is preferred
Necessary Technical / Functional Skills
• Computer literacy
• Communication & influential skills : Communicates effectively with cross functional team and key stakeholder (MKT, SALES)
• English communication skills – verbal and written
• MS OFFICE (Advanced level in Excel & Power Point)
