Job Description
• Responsible for delivering the sales and profitability of the omni-channel by making the buying process easier, more intuitive and more relevant for each interaction.
• Actively follow-up the store / HQ / E-Commerce performance with focus on the front-end customer experience.
• Responsible for offering the most relevant content at the right time on the right place to any visitors and facilitate the experience throughout the digital database assets.
• Responsible for coordinating, planning and prioritizing all activities in the omni-channel to support the growth and engagement with our customers and brand needs, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Work proactively with all stakeholders to secure the consistency between the omni-channel and the other touch-points throughout the Customer Experience Map.
• Lead and develop a high performing team and share insights with key stakeholders in Service Office and the global matrix on how to improve the omni-channel customer experience.
Job Requirements
a. 패션 산업군 WEB ERP(ASP.NET) 개발 경력 필수 (최소 5년)
b. POS, WMS, CRM 등 소비재 회사 프로세스 관리 경험 필수
c. Dynamics AX 등 글로벌 ERP 및 국내 ERP(더존) 프로그램 유지보수 경력자 우대
d. VMware 환경 유지보수 경력자 우대
e. Communication 능력이 뛰어난 경력자 우대
f. 새로운 기술에 대한 거부감이 없는 경력자 우대
g. 프로그램 개발 외에 회사 전반의 IT환경을 함께 할 수 있는 경력자 우대
