Job Description:
1. Program/Project Consulting
• End to end portfolio delivery and operations expertise
• Consulting & Process Management
• Change Management including identification, assessment, planning and execution
• Provide support for business / functional leaders in strategic planning, strategy execution / implementation, and decision making
• Coordinate development of cross region / function initiatives, harvesting and leading practices
• Coordinate execution of cross LOB/country initiatives
• Coordinate development of cross region/function initiatives, harvesting and leading practices
2. Project Delivery of Key and Strategic Initiatives
• Estimating, Budgeting and Cost Management
• Planning and Control
• Risk and Issue Management
• Quality and Defect Management
• Communications Management
• Project Closing & Document Retention |

Job Requirements:
금융사 또는 보험사에서 관련 project를 경력 보유자
전산 / ITproject 경력자 선호
컨설팅 회사에서 금융기관 대상 컨설팅 업무 수행자
• Project and Program Management experience
• Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management
• Comfortable dealing ambiguity
• Committed to delivering expected results
• Able to influence individuals who do not report to the PMO
• Understands the business and the goals of Korea , Asia Pacific and Head office
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Creative and Enthusiastic
