Manage strategic customer care including new customer and VIP customer program, active customer program such as personal call, SMS, DM for targeted segmentation.
Plan the target based on marketing platform, research result and various DB analysis
Handle customer database and analyze the customer trend using technical CRM tool
Shared strengths and weakness of the trend and CRM activity among brands to maximize the global overview at corporate wise.
Provides & update Brand KPI status (Age Profile / Franchise / Axe / Product line…) to co-workers.
Develop and design new loyalty program
Follow up with VIP program and manage CRM budget and sales forecast.
VIP customer co-promotion based on customer needs.
+ 6 years of experiences in CRM expertise or Data Base marketing or channel marketing
VIP / Target oriented marketing experience
