- To plan, execute, and complete a program according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- To acquire required resources under the matrix organization and coordinating the efforts of program resource in order to deliver a program according to the plan.
- To define the program’s objectives by working closely with Program Sponsor and oversee quality control with the guidance by PMO throughout the life cycle of the project.
- To work in collaboration with country and regional business leaders, project sponsors, key stakeholders and project managers and Subject Matter Experts to plan and deliver key Business Initiatives and projects. |

• End to end portfolio delivery and operations expertise
• Provide support for business / functional leaders in strategic planning, strategy execution / implementation, and decision making
• Coordinate development of cross region / function initiatives, harvesting and leading practices
• A variety of projects experience in financial or insurnace industry, or consulting experience to the industry above.
• Monitor & manage dependencies and integration points among different initiatives/projects
• Manage communications and prioritization |
