The role requires continuous communication with Distributor, Sales team, Marketing and WH , along with effective management of shortage status, target achievement, stock availability.
Placing sales order (80%)
• Receiving sales order sheet from each distributors
• Communication with distributors
• Communication with distributors
• Review order sheet for the qty. Unit of Measure, Item and compare with previous sales
• Communication with Sales Team /Distributors for proper allocation of stock
• Finalization of sales order qty.
• Input final qty. in Navision (Lot. Number (BBD), ….etc.by SKU level)
Sending delivery note to distributors (Posting in WH, scan and mailing by Sales admin)
Sending text message (AR, Delivery date by distributor)
Creating Sales Invoice (Posting in Navision) on delivery date
Non distributor sales order support (Institution…etc.): Communication involved
Forecast management (20%)
Requires experienced understanding of product sales nature and trend and impact of promotion theme |

2~ 3years experience above with university graduate.
Good English skill |
