- Based on global brand compass and communication strategy, develop local strategy.
- Effectively cascade communication strategy to each pillar marketing in charge to ensure consistent communication execution.
Contents creation :
- Market research
- Creating contents that drives buyers to call to action : Continuously feed appropriate contents to customers / clients by life stage / needs stage, ultimately enable us to execute customer cycle management.
Loyalty marketing :
- Translate global relational marketing strategy into local strategies, and prepare local CRM roadmap by business development needs.
- Prepare annual CRM campaign plan well aligned with business strategies, set up KPIs, execute and diverse new recruitment and retention programs.
Digital & Social media :
- Manage corporate brand’s online presence and reputation to be ahead of competitors
Deploy up-to-date digital/ social connection platform (tools) to bring innovation into brand communication.
Marketing Operation :
- Prepare forecast assumptions and build a detailed annual budget by programs based on assumption.
- Analyze forecast vs. actual, come up with gap fill action plan
- Supply forecast update with most up-to-date information and facts. |

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 5+ years of marketing communication experience, at least 2~3 years of relational marketing experience at Portal website, Advertising agency, other industry where CRM execution as relevant.
- Customer focus minded - Collaborate with Sales team, Customer care (Call center) to develop and maintain a customer-focused towards activities to retain customers in the brand.
- Good command of computer skill (e.g. MS office, HTML, etc.)
- University graduate or above
- Fluent in English
- Learning agility, Proactive, Self-motivated, analytical, organized, detail-oriented
- Excellent inter-personal skills in an international environment
- Effective written or verbal communication at all levels both internally and externally |
