-Idea generation of brand new product.
-Conduct preliminary research on new product concept
-Develop concept papers and business case
-Get approval of concept paper and business case according to ‘Product Development Process Manual’.
-Handle new product development projects over holistic implementation.
-Gather certain statistics and data analysis for new product pricing.
-Research on internal and external product information and maintain product libraries.
Support for the administration of PD committee meeting.
University Graduate with More than 5 years of working experience in insurance industry. (Regardless of channel)
Major in marketing / statistics is preferred.
Good analytical skills and strategic marketing sense in business analysis.
Good presentation and reporting skills.
Fluent English is preferred
Well-organized and quick to learn / Self-motivation.
Multi-tasking skills and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
