Brand strategy building :
- Based on global brand strategy, develop local brand strategy and implement.
- Prepare annual brand plan well aligned with business priorities, set up KPIs, progress trakcing, gap fill plan.
Product assortment strategy :
- Understand and align global product portfolio strategy, align and setup local brand compass and prepare local brand compass strategy.
- Build effective product portfolio strategy by therapeutic areas to acquire clear # 1 position in prescription.
Promotion and Events
- Develop annual promotion plan in line with pillar growth strategies, analyze ROI. Ensure promotion execution with key stakeholders. Develop fliers, POSM help to support better execution
- Participate major events collaborating with Scientific Communication team.
- Host initiated campaigns or events (roadshow, launch event, etc.) to contribute to leading expert brand image.
- Work with communications to ensure professional issues management and media engagement to protect and build the reputation and success of brand.
- Close collaboration with S&C team to gain expert insight for resonating message development.
New product launch :
- Based on product portfolio strategy, identify new introduce products and manage new product launch project to contribute brand growth.
Budget planning:
- Prepare forecast assumptions and build a in-detail annual budget plan by programs based on assumption. Manage A&P budget and assist financial projections.
Forecasting :
- Analyze forecast vs. actual, come up with gap fill action plan
- Supply forecast update with most up-to-date information and facts. |

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 5+ years of brand marketing experience, at least 2~3 years of pharmaceutical marketing related experience (OTC or ETC marketing)
- Collation with cross functional team, especially S&C (Scientific communication) team and Sales team.
- University graduate or above
- Fluent in English
- Learning agility, Proactive, Self-motivated, analytical, organized, detail-oriented
- Excellent inter-personal skills in an international environment
- Effective written or verbal communication at all levels both internally and externally |
