Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborates closely with and supports Product Managers to ensure all new product development, and supply-related deadlines and expectations are met, maintaining a master commercialization project schedule.
• Identifies sample needs and facilitates ordering and distribution of samples for Sales Meeting, Photo Shoots, Event, Test Panel/Influencers, Sales samples, and miscellaneous corporate events.
• Acts as liaison between all internal departments to resolve issues relating to the commercialization of a specified product.
• Communicates changes, issues, and major delays in the program to the Product Managers and other appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Analyzes and tracks competitive market place (new products launches, creative messaging, market share, marketing activities, etc) on a monthly basis to identify opportunities in product development as well as to develop plans/programs to ensure proper sell through at retail.
• Monitor sell-in and sell-through data on a regular basis to ensure goals for each are being met.
• Delivers trend analysis to Product Manager as necessary
• Translation and interpretation as necessary within the department (English to Korean and vice versa) |

• 영어작문/번역/회화 능통자 (TOEIC 880점 이상)
• PC Skill 탁월 필수(WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT) – 중상급 |
