Key responsibilities may include:
• Assisting with implementation and coordinating major Human Resources processes
• Supporting on-going performance feedback processes
• Advising executives on HR policy, ensuring compliance to the company\'s policies
• Engage in General Recruiting, Appraisal and Evaluation
• Coordinating the termination process
• Updating all personnel changes from initial request through approval and implementation
• Updating applicable Human Resources systems and maintaining data
• Updating management on a variety of HR matters
• Supporting engagement executives in defining and filling resource requirements

• Three plus years relevant work experience, preferably hands-on employee relations experience
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
• Knowledge of Human Resources core concepts, such as career management, performance management, compensation, employment law, and professional development
• Three plus years related work experience; professional HR qualification preferred
