- Category business responsibility for Brand
- Market intelligence such as market analysis, consumer insight, competitor activity analysis
- Business planning & product range management in accordance with long term strategic business plan
- Category/Product strategy development including segmentation, pricing, distribution and etc.
- Strategic marketing planning & implementation : Leading the GTM team so as to commercialize the new product/technology/concept
- Marketing campaign strategy/program development including campaign message, creative development, media planning/buying, PR, BTL implementation for designated categories/products
- Marketing budget management in accordance with strategic business target
- Co-work with internal forces such as sales, commercial planning, operations, finance and etc.
- Communication with global HQ in order to develop local strategy/plan
- Communication with external agencies in order to develop creative/executional programs |

- At least 7 year experience as a product merchandiser/marketing in FMCG or sporting goods industry
- Fluent in English |
