1. Assisting the Executive and departments
• Schedule and manage daily meetings and appointments of the supervisor for him/her to focus on business priorities and manage the division effectively.
• Coordinate internal and external communications including incoming calls and letters
• Assist the documentation of business reports
• Consolidate and unify the data of PC
• Claim monthly or special business expenses
• Schedule and arrange business travels of the supervisor and regional visitors
• Support the planning and implementation of events of the company and division
2. General Administrative Work
• Update/coordinate division’s Organiazation chart, BCP call tree, and trainings.
• Deliver the internal information for GA issues: i.e. distribution of annual reports, calendars, and etc
• Manage the reservation of meeting rooms
• Prompt and effective cooperation and play back up other EA\'s office |

University graduate with minimum 5 years’ experience as an executive assistant
Good understanding of the business environment and cooperative attitude
Good planning and management ability with creativity
Proactive and meticulous person
Good communication skills
High proficiency in English, both spoken and written
MS office proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook |
