Responsibilities:
• Develop local strategy, based on global brand compass and communication strategy
• Effectively manage communication strategy within each channel
• Create necessary contents in order to drive buyers to action
• Understand the business development needs and translate global relational marketing strategy into local format
• Prepare annual campaign plans aligned with business strategies
• Prepare forecast assumptions and build a detail annual budget
• Deploy exclusive merchandising strategy based on clear channel understanding.
•Develop annual promotion plan in line with pillar growth strategies, analyze ROI. Ensure promotion execution with key stakeholders. Develop fliers, POSM help to support better execution.
•Budget planning:
-Prepare forecast assumptions and build a in-detail annual budget plan by programs based on assumption. Manage A&P budget and assist financial projections. |
