- Set up Objectives (short and long term) for the Korean Operation including Budget, Marketing Strategy, Profit Plan, Sales Forecast and Recruitment Plan
- Lead and manage Sales function in order to achieve the stated objectives of the volume, revenue, market share and trading profit at standard cost

- Identify and prioritize profitable volume opportunities in respective channels to leverage brand, consumer and channel insights to drive opportunity; and integrate brand plans into channel strategies
- Inspires and leads the sales team to deliver the best performance in achieving company sales targets.
- Maintain close relationship with major customers / dealer shop and developing new prospects.
- Manage communication among marketing, customer service and other related functions to expedite product updates and service processes.

- + 15 years of proven sales track record in consumer or FMCG field (Preferably early 1970\'s - 1975)
- strategic Go - To - Market business insight
- People management skill
- Outstanding Presentation skills both Korean and English (Must!) |
