* Lead and organize the experienced hire search activity for strategic openings at all levels.
* Facilitate the interviewing for candidates with practice leaders and other firm leaders and drive the process to completion
* Develop sourcing strategies and, if appropriate, evaluating, selecting and negotiating with outside vendors for use in sourcing and screening candidates
* Assist HR managers to creat and manage the headcount budget and revisit the current status periodically
* Maintain contract employees employment contract renew and help HR managers and department managers abide by labor law requirement
* Minimum 3-year work experience in recruiting
* High level of independence and initiative while working effectively as part of the team
* Results oriented, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
* Fluent English both spoken & written (Must)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
