As PM
1) This role is required to engage regional, local IT lead, and market business stakeholders the Business to deliver the quality services of IT including deployment of projects (local solution, regional solution or global solution), ongoing support of solutions
2) Basic project financials management to ensure no over spending.
As IT Operation
1) Act as support to solve user issues of IT services
2) Monitor infrastructure including servers and network, follow-up on those alerts.
3) Crisis management and problem management to ensure the resolution of crisis and follow-up.
MAJOR ‘FUNCTIONAL’ RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
As IT Operation
1) Respond to events (customer calls, automatically generated alerts, email requests, voice mail, etc.) for all technologies supported within predefined service. Perform initial diagnosis of technology or application related problems. Promptly escalate alerts and issues to appropriate functional or technical experts as required.
2) Quickly develop necessary technical and functional skills through training, on the job experiences, cross training with experienced analysts, etc.
3) Assist in performing monitoring, intervention, escalation, and communication of any issues having an impact on any aspect of the production environment. Maintain awareness of production environment at all times across a wide range of technologies.
4) Assist in definition and documentation of processes and procedures, maintenance and enhancement, including change control processes, problem recording and reporting, updates and final solutions, assigning problems to resources capable of handling them and participation in root cause analysis, etc.
5) Resolve problems based on documentation. If problem cannot be resolved, work with tier 3 expert teams on resolution.
6) Be able to handle Crisis management for infrastructures outages across regions. Act as liaison with associates outside the GTS and keep all appropriate people at all levels of the business informed of problems, during planned and unplanned outages, etc. included in decision making process when operational problems arise.
7) Develop necessary skills to become Global and/or Regional technical lead role for one or two specific technology areas.
8) Deliver operation review and performance sustainment, identify areas for improvement and take actions.
9) Play a key role in the knowledge management and training
10) Manage or participate projects as required
Applications and Activity Management
1) In partnering with the business to define and scope business requirements on IT solutions. Evaluate the requirement and calculate the ROI before thinking of the solution, Make sure the justified business case is in place before delivering.
2) Projects management. – Manage the resources and cost during the implementation; Support the review of the benefits after the project closing.
3) Contributes to governance process, support the IT governance process.
4) Ensure business measurements are in place to track on-going benefit, act as escalation point for stakeholders and use benchmarking to identify value-added opportunities within area of responsibility.
5) Provide consultancy on business process changes; recommends solutions and improvements suggestions, performs validation of the new/optimized processes.
6) Understands cross-functional integration between key business processes (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain and Sales)
7) Remains abreast of new developments in business processes and applications technology in line with company.
8) Vendor Management – sourcing the vendor; managing the vendor during the project.
9) Support the existing applications. Including system maintenance and problem solving.
10) Performs other activities as assigned by Manager.

12 - 15years of experience above.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Business/Management Information Systems preferred.
• General understanding of FMCG business and processes is desired.
• Good verbal, written and presentation communication skills
• Analytical, with strong functional and data analysis skills, combined with good general problem solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills – be able to create strong relationships with business units, and local and campus IT business area lead
• Has basic concept on financial management.
• Good project management skills and experience.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to maintain confidential nature related to company financial and management data.
• Team player, with the ability to understand, support and execute Company IS strategies.
• Must be committed to provide a high level of customer service to our customers.
• MNC working experience is desired.
• Good verbal and written English skill so that can communicate with resources outside of the market
