Job Description:
•Responsible for the successful management and delivery of the Target Operating Platform (TOP) Program (90%+ of total investment) that provides comprehensive technology enablers to Korea transformation program and the organisation.
•Proactively collaborate with Target Operating Model (TOM) program manager to ensure that the objectives and deliveries of the TOP and TOM Programs are aligned and integrated throughout the life of the Korea transformation program.
•Lead as change and transformation champion by incorporating market best practices through leveraging baseline solution, drive organizational change management for the successful organisation acceptance and transition, and ensure delivered enablers promotes enterprise-wide transformation.
•The program will be of high complexity and strategic importance to company, and will be of significant cost / benefit to the organisation.
•Delivery will be achieved ensuring expected business goals and benefits are satisfied in a timely and efficient manner, while contributing to the Transformation Services vision of Trusted Partner of Delivery for the Business.
•In conjunction with Strategic Planning, Regional Transformation Services & the Global PMO, ensures that business strategy and priorities are reflected in the prioritisation and structuring of the program under management, providing valued guidance to senior management.
•Monitors the programs to identify report and mitigates against exceptional conditions, change requirements, risks and opportunities.
•Responsible for managing the program team, which will vary in size but typically be composed of a core of permanent Project Managers / Business Change Analysts as well as systems personnel managed through the systems program / project lead.
•Accountable for the delivery of the program
•To ensure that Project & Program Management and business resources within the program are appropriately supported, led and where necessary feedback provided to the direct line managers
•To ensure that all Projects / Programs under own and team management have structured plans, RAID Logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies), and necessary governance in place. Work with the Regional Enterprise Integration Management Team to manage intra and inter country dependencies and change impacts.
•To ensure the robustness and quality of all planning and estimation processes that are undertaken
•Ensure all expenditure commitments and payments are authorised, controlled and tracked in accordance with agreed corporate standards
•Ensure the relationships between the Project / Program Managers, Systems and key business stakeholders are collaborative and constructive, utilising Stakeholder Analysis where appropriate
•To identify, interpret and manage the business risk exposure and operational impact associated with / generated by the change / transformation
•Assist in the triage and assessment of change requests, ensuring appropriate governance is followed, and by working with the business and systems through the change request review process.
•To drive project and program delivery to ensure that benefits management is owned by the sponsor and impacted business area from initiation through to benefit realisation
•Maintain compliance with key regulatory and risk management procedures, and regulatory bodies whilst ensuring that performance objectives are set and assessed against the relevant regulatory / corporate requirements.
•To ensure that regular project Governance meetings take place and are auditable to external Regulatory bodies & internal Audit, PMO and BTO standards. |

•Extensive experience in end-to-end Project / Program Management using leading methodologies and processes.
•Proven track record in delivering change in strongly business focused projects / programs within a large corporate environment
•Experience of managing multiple parties including Senior Project Managers and third party vendors on high profile and technologically innovative enterprise solutions.
•Capable of managing & developing project stakeholder teams across multiple locations for successful delivery.
•A proven track record in delivering change and transformation projects and their associated benefits to an agreed timeline, budget and quality
•Demonstrable experience of delivering operational assessment and improvement, in line with Lean principles
•Capable of building strong, meaningful relationships with internal and external parties alike, with demonstrable influencing skills at all levels
•People-oriented – Strong people management skills and experience of direction setting and organisational development
•Stakeholder-oriented – Managing and satisfying multiple Business program stakeholders in a fluid environment, translating their needs to realistic program goals.
•Excellent communication and listening skills with people at all levels of the organisation; ability to promote an accountable and collaborative team-based environment.
•Extensive experience working in an international environment, with strong appreciation of, and respect for, diversity in the workplace.
•Experience of translating ambiguous project goals / objectives into the presentation of clear deliverables to the business and stakeholders
•Strong, demonstrable workshop facilitation skills
•Prince 2 & MSP certified or equivalent. Certified at APM level or equivalent.
•Educated to Degree standard desirable.
•Proven experience of Project management disciplines.
•Fluent Korean and English essential. |
