    Responsible for regional P&L, Sales reveneue, accelerated growth
    Execute Accelerated growth in terms of sales, Net profit and market share.
    Develop strategic partnerships in distribution & key customers to revamp the business model that delivers sustainable and profitable growth.
    Develop channel strategy through analyzing and identifying growth driver in each channel
    Strategic direction and implementation of channel prioritization and resource allocation, customer development, and route-to-consumer streamlining.
    Lead top-to-top customers engagements, from key accounts to wholesalers, to align on company vision and objectives.
    Organization Effectiveness: optimized structure and strengthen the talent pipeline ahead of the category changes
    Over 16 years of Sales or Marketing experiences in consumer / FMCG industry with proven success story.
    Experiences in oversea working experiences in global company is essential.
