- At least 6 years of working experience in multinational company, as a HRM or HR Generalist
- High Proficiency in written and spoken English (Must!)
- Well-organized and detailed-mind, devotion, initiative and positive thinking
- Willing to accept challenges; able to handle multi-task independently & effective interpersonal skills
- Being tactful in handling various issues in a timely manner
- Conflict management skill
- Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint |
