- Responsible for the overall Consumer line IT activities in terms of application support, operation, governance and compliance.
- Responsible for the necessary support of future generation project, especially in providing the information of current applications to migration vendors and validating vendor’s deliverables
- Responsible for team management composed of 8 regular employees and 8 contractors.
- Leading Business Solution Team and responsible for the overall operation of Consumer line applications of COBI/DMWeb/EZT/Plus/Pegasus
- Developing and maintaining IT solutions in alignment with business strategy.
- Working closely with local business units, IT systems and outsourcing vendors to meet the business needs ensuring deadlines are met
- Leading Business Solution Team
- Development projects of varying magnitude ensuring the analysis, testing and timely implementation of technology and/or processes
- Fully participates in software development projects throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation
- Analyze the evidence, review process, extract requirements and identify appropriate solutions that meet business requirements
- Acts as the intermediary between business representatives and development teams to ensure business requirements are met in the end solution
- Interfaces with end-users and all levels of management to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Gathers user, business and technical requirements from business users, technologists and other stakeholders and challenge the information provided where appropriate to specify a logical model of the solution
- Demonstrate to a challenging but supportive management team to deliver the value to members via business cases
- Effective participation in the development and implementation of the Korea’s strategic plan, by utilizing or identifying appropriate Information Technology(hardware, software, staffing solutions, methods, and training) to address business needs

Requirements
- 15 years of experience in IT
- IT skills in terms of SW development, Infra, project management
- Insurance knowledge
- Fluent Korean and English
- People management experience and leadership
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance/Finance business
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of the insurance/policy lifecycle
- Experience communicating business requirements to development teams
- Proven experience in participating/managing multiple projects and ability to work with limited supervision. Ability to work in a team environment, meet deadlines and take on a high level of responsibility and accountability
- Must be proficient in various software packages to include, but not limited to the following software applications: word processing, spreadsheet, database management and presentation packages, as well as data processing system
- Strong business analysis and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple internal and external clients and to work under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to prioritize with minimum supervision and to adapt quickly to change needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong writing and editing skills
- Complete comfort with working both independently and as part of team
- Ability to take direction and to show initiative and make decisions
