- Conduct research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues. Serves as senior subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures
- Analyze and evaluate business needs and provides technical direction and recommendations to create or develop new functionality
- Assist in defining, analyzing, and evaluating system requirements to meet business and user needs.
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems
- Prepare business requirements specifications; document business practices, workflows, feasibility studies, cost projections and business needs
- Ability to carry out some level I & II process identification, definition and mapping
- Work with business unit to address opportunities for improvements in processes and to mitigate issues as they arise between business units. Resolution often requires problem solving skills because the issues are not documented
- Facilitate transfers of information and problem resolution between business units. Provides information and documentation as necessary
- Lead support for the business in running User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Perform quality assurance testing of data content prior to production release
- Use a structured requirements process to assess near-term needs
- Ensure change management and communication of change is done in a systematic way for projects where initial requirements may evolve during the lifecycle of the project
- Develop relationships with the internal customer by being proactive, displays a thorough understanding of their business, and provides innovative business solutions
- Develop formal recommendations for presentation to management that may impact business policies
- Contribute and develop TS’s Knowledge Management & Best Practice function |

- Ability to learn and apply leading methods, and associated tools & techniques
- Strong detailed analysis and design skills
- Good experience in process identification, definition and mapping
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PC and documentation skills, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to acquire new skills and apply these in challenging environments
- Must have 5+ years experience in either Financial Services or Consulting Background |
