KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recommend, develop annual sales forecast in line with sales channel and brand strategies during S& OP meeting
2. Gather and analyse demanded sales promotional volume by SKU and combine it to annual total sales volume.
3. Monitor sales activities related to the timely and efficient completion of forecast for goods.
4. Balance of supply and demand of inventory.
5. Prepare inventory forecast taking external factors in to consideration to maintain proper inventory levels.
6. Track, evaluate and report forecast and inventory levels and accuracy.
7. Work with Supply and Procurement to ensure forecast and inventory levels are in line with company standards.
CONTEXT AND SCOPE:
1. Responsible for managing sales forecast volume by brand, SKU, account and channel by week, period and year.
2. Contributes to sustaining sales performance with accurate perspective and demand planning.
3. Understand sales channel’s strategies and promotional schemes.
4. Arrange demanded volume at accurate forecast time by sourcing units for ordering and delivering product on time.
5. Reviews product inventory level by SKU and monitors SKU sales performance.
6. Analyze market trend and SKU sales trend in order to apply for forecast volume by period and annual. |

1. Education & Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree
2. Knowledge/Experience
- + 3 years of Demand planning and forecasting experience (or similar) in consumer / FMCG companies with large numbers of SKUs, having various seasonality and store promotion activities
- Good at FCST generating method
- Analytical, Informing, collaborative, Approachable, good at communication
- Excellent in Excel, Good with numbers
- Intermediate skill of communication in written English |
