- Responsible for loyalty marketing program
- To implement defined brand communication strategy, briefing and managing creative agency to develop online/ offline communication and campaign program
- Prepare annual CRM campaign plan well aligned with business strategies, set up KPIs, execute and diverse new recruitment and retention programs.
- Monitor campaign outcomes, share with stakeholders and prepare action plan if gap identified.
- Manage customer, trade partners’database in line with global databasecompliance model.
- Assist in annual business plan, product portfolio strategy, new product launch, executing promotional & merchandising initiatives, and channel strategy
Market / Sales data analysis
To assure the effectiveness of marketing programs,
- keeping abreast of, and reporting on competitor activities as well as market trends
- analyze brand sales data and compare to established targets |

- 3 -5 years of brand or trade marketing experience in consumer industry
- good at market research mechanics, strong data acumen
- Behavior : Customer focus, Collaboration, Learning agility, Organized.
- Excellent inter-personal skills in an international environment
- Good command of computer skill (e.g. MS office, HTML, etc.)
- University graduate or above |
