• Achieving objectives for sales and profit targets for the subsidiary, coordinating with the Country Manager;
• Directing and coordinating the sales force to achieve the sales target defined in the budget, in accordance with the approved market development plan;
• Training, coaching and mentoring the sales force and working with them on the field, in order to provide solid on-the-job training and ensuring the effectiveness of their actions;
• Implementing the new Sales Process in cooperation and accordance with the regional and global guidelines and directions;
• Monitoring performance of the sales force and evaluating, proposing, implementing organizational developments to further improve it;
• Organizing and managing sales activities by making use of all of the suitable means to the best achievement of the targets, in accordance with the trade policy guidelines as defined by the Regional Sales Director and Country Manager;
• Developing and implementing marketing and in-store visibility programs and sell out activities and events in cooperation with Marketing and PR teams;
• Providing feedback to the management on market trends and customer needs, performance of the market, competitors’ activities; propose and implement corrective actions to drive the business to better meet customer and consumer needs;
• Performing company trade policies (sales prices, discounts, bonuses, etc.) for the relevant markets;
• Defining on a monthly basis the rolling forecast for SKUs
• Providing indications concerning the sales annual budget, and the three-year plan for the market development, in agreement with Regional Head Office
