? Responsible for water business in domestic and overseas market.
? Develop & Review sales & marketing strategy and execution plan yearly basis
? Set-up yearly business target and manage performance monthly
? Secure financial performance as per company’s budget in relation to water & waste water treatment solution
? Design & build required activities for business execution including sales network build-up
? Work to troubleshoot, coach and counsel sales department members as needed to ensure successful achievement of sales goals
? Develop organizational capabilities required for business execution
? Conduct internal & External communication related water business
?
13 years+ of water/waste water business experience in water related industry
? Thorough understanding of global & local water & waste water business
? In-depth knowledge in water process engineering/membrane manufacturing
? Demonstrated leadership in biz. development & project management
? Work experience in global EPC companies is strongly preferred.
? A Korean or Foreigner with a strong command of English & Korean
? Passion, drive, and decisiveness
? Understanding of Korean corporate culture
