• Be responsible for the IT system development / maintenance of the companywide digital/mobile applications, GA (General Agency) system and mobile SFA (Sales Force Automation) system together with IT staffs and vendor resources
• Lead mobile SFA project as technical leader
• Analyze user requirements and design technical solutions
• Manage system implementation from user requirement analysis to promotion
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT related projects and initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of business processes
• Troubleshoot application issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements
• Define and maintain the development standards and guidelines
• Manage an application development team |

** Min. 6 years of experience above
• Good understanding and experience on insurance and IT
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
• Middle of spoken, written and conversation skills in English
• Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes
• Mobile and web system knowledge
• Detail technical skill set: HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, CSS3, Java, JSP, JSON, Spring framework, X-Platform, SQL(Oracle), Android (HTML, Javascript, JQuery, Java), IOS (X-Code, Objective-C) |
