HR Management
- Conduct employee performance and competency evaluations.

Recruiting
- Hands-on approach to all stages of the recruitment lifecycle; dealing with the requisition process; carrying out interviewing; developing relationships and liaising with hiring managers on a daily basis; scheduling of final interviews, handling the rejection and offer process, and employment agreement
- Contribute to the overall success of the staffing group by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the Recruiting Process
- Review the departmental HC plan and business plan
- Manage recruiting function with recruiting process that includes; scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates, and preparing offer letters
- Create and distribute employment-related correspondence; e.g.) applications, forms, offer letters, and orientation materials as well as responsible for initiation of background investigations
- Set-up on-boarding process aligning
- Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in Corporate system and producing ad hoc recruiting reports
- Communicate professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Create and maintain job postings on external job board websites.
- Promote company and internship program to University.
- Implement employee referral program within posted requirements.
- Renewal of search firm and outsourcing provider
Training & Development
- Initiate and execute annual training program (leadership, competency, functional, language, cultural, legal requirement)
- Schedule & Conduct in house & off site training arrange/ prepare training site/ materials
- Communicate with people managers to discuss about retaining employees
- Coordinated worldwide training program initiated by corporate level
- Conducted Onboarding Program (‘New Employee Assimilation’)
- Contact contracted local training vendors
- Successfully initiate, plan, execute training plan as well as responsible for training budget management
- Designed and implemented relevant performance management systems keeping in mind existing ethos and goals
- Work with global headquarter to operate core training initiatives in AP region
