Play a role of a financial lead for annual Operating Plan, and Period End Business reviews
Manage periodic closing and report financial results to Corporate HQ with various analytical reviews.
Lead mid and long term growth and P&L strategy
Assess financial impacts of key strategic business decisions
Lead and control standard operating process and internal control in line with global compliance policies and local regulatory requirements
Co-ordinate the management of Overheads, Trade and Consumer and Advertising Budgets.
Analyze company operations to identify of cost saving opportunities and areas for improvement and growth.
Provide financial co-piloting support to the General Manager and Management team.
Responsible for full accountability on the local statutory financial statements.
Responsible for full accountability on the accuracy of the financial reporting within the processes defined by Global guidelines.
Develop a team responsible for all financial operations to ensuring all the business transactions are processed, accounted for, and reported accurately in a timely manner and in line with Global accounting policies & principles
Build a sound financial control, compliance, and governance environment through designing and implementing policies, systems, procedures and controls that meet the short- and long-term business objectives whilst also complying with the Finance Manual and Korean regulatory requirements
