Maintain all IT infrastructure and assets including servers (Exchange, ActiveDirectory, and etc.), network (LAN, WAN), Communications, and PCs
Guide and support the delivery of infrastructure solutions (both new and expansion of existing) to support a growing firm with an expanding global footprint
Manage technical team and conduct technical assessments, provide expertise for the Help Desk operations
Regular system upgrade in line with group /zone strategy and monitor Server/database/Interface/performance
Conduct Global/regional/local technical Projects, User communications and IT document development
Manage IT purchase and cost / Trouble shooting, incident/problem management |

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems or a closely related field.
7 ~ 12 years of experience in managing IT Infrastructure and helpdesk
Upper Intermediate in English
• Other skills:
ITIL, MCSE, Cisco network, Project manage are preferred
In-depth understanding of Network and windows server management is must
Excellent inter-personal skill and leadership |
