• In charge of planning streamlined management of factory operation
• Communicate with regional, markets to ensure a robust supply planning
Manage planning to deliver high customer service level while controling inventory
Coordinator with markets, regional team to set up clear supply plan
Manage continuous improvement projects in relation to planning
Build an engaged planning team including production planner, material planner
Job Content:
SAFETY
o Create right conditions for associates to work safely in his/her team

ENVIRONMENT
o Ensure all the associates respect the environment rules
o Authority to stop any activity that presents some risk to the environment
o Report any incident/accident or potential risk to the environment
QUALITY & FOODSAFETY
o Apply and ensure the compliance with company QMP standards, ISO9001 and ISO22000, GMP/GHP and 5S.
PEOPLE & ORGANIZATION
o Elaborate personnel planning (holidays / organization)
o Evaluate and manage team’s training
o Execute program of personnel development and specific skills training in relation to company P&O concepts as PDPs, multi-skills program
MANAGEMENT & RESPONSIBILITIES
o Manage any planning functions within budgeted costs and targets (Just in time, pulled production…) including negotiating / changing client orders in relation to Commercial Department for the optimization of the plant activities
o Lead the planning process study and continues improving to optimize factory operation
o Lead factory supply planning communication with regional, markets and ensure good customer service level while maintain health stock level
o Study long term capacity analysis and raise up if any investment projects need
COMUNICATION & INFORMATION
o Share and provide any document or information to the other department
o Communicate any change on any relevant on the planning department to the concerned manager
o Communicate nonconformance issues to relevant managers
o Communicate and share the results of planning department with the team
** Over 12 years of broad experiences above
Fluent in English - Reporting to foreign factory director and Apac.
Prefer to have experience on food, pharma, FMCG industries
